The role

We are seeking a results-driven, consultative Client Executive to lead revenue growth and new logo acquisition across the clients Philippines market. This is a quota-carrying, direct sales role with ownership of the full commercial lifecycle — from territory planning and pipeline development through contract execution and renewal.

You will represent the clients full portfolio of managed cyber defense services to enterprise and mid-market organizations across the Philippines, engaging senior decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, Compliance Officers, and Procurement leaders. Working alongside a dedicated local team and the clients global resources, you will be a key driver of the company's continued growth in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic cybersecurity markets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and execute a comprehensive territory plan covering enterprise and mid-market accounts across key Philippine industries: banking & financial services, energy & mining, gaming & hospitality, pharmaceutical, utilities, and critical infrastructure

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through direct prospecting, executive relationship development, and partner-led co-selling motions — particularly with Microsoft Philippines

• Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery and needs assessment through solution mapping, commercial proposal, negotiation, and contract close

• Engage senior stakeholders — CISOs, CIOs, VPs of IT Risk, Compliance Officers, and Procurement leaders — using a consultative, outcomes-based sales approach

• Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities within the clients existing Philippines client base across MDR/MXDR, DRP, TPRM, Microsoft Purview, and Cyber Shield services

• Align the clients service portfolio to Philippine regulatory requirements, including BSP's ASTERisC* cybersecurity framework, NPC Data Privacy Act compliance, and SEC cybersecurity guidelines

• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline rigorously in Salesforce CRM, and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

• Represent the client at key Philippine industry forums including PhilSec Summit, ISACA Manila, CISO Philippines, ABCOMP, and CyberSecPhil events

• Partner with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Marketing teams to ensure strong client satisfaction, retention, and renewal outcomes

• Maintain deep knowledge of the Philippine cyber threat landscape, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment to position the clients value proposition effectively

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a consistent and demonstrable record of quota attainment

• Prior cybersecurity or managed services sales experience strongly preferred — e.g., MDR, MSSP, SOC-as-a-Service, XDR, SIEM, TPRM, cloud security, or risk management

• Deep familiarity with the Philippine enterprise market; established relationships with CISOs, CIOs, or senior risk and compliance leaders in BFSI, energy, gaming, pharma, or related sectors

• Understanding of Philippine regulatory frameworks

• Experience selling through or alongside technology partners

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard productivity tools

• Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and presentation ability in both English and Filipino

• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, globally distributed environment
