Are you passionate about building long‑term client relationships?

We are now looking for a Client Executive to join our Corporate Solutions segment.

In this role, you will act as the client lead and placing broker with a holistic perspective across all types of non‑life insurance. As a generalist broker, you will work with a wide range of clients and insurance lines, collaborating closely with specialists from other segments within Corporate Risk & Broking at WTW.

You will be responsible for a client team of at least two people — a Client Executive and a Client Advisor — and, when required, additional specialist brokers for specific insurance lines.

As a Client Executive, you are accountable for the profitability and overall service delivery for the clients in your portfolio. You will ensure high‑quality advisory services and the placement of clients’ insurance programmes. You will also take an active role in new business development together with our sales team.

The role requires registration as an insurance intermediary. If you are not already registered, we will support you in completing the necessary training and obtaining the licence.

You will report to the Segment Leader for Corporate Solutions or to a Team Leader within Corporate Solutions.

Your Background and Profile

We are looking for someone with experience and expertise as either a generalist or specialist within non‑life insurance — from an insurance company or another insurance advisory environment. Experience with international placements and global programmes is an advantage.

You collaborate well across teams and departments and understand the importance of planning and organising your work. Your drive and proactive mindset will make a real difference.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. Additional language skills are considered a merit.

Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. Travel is required and varies depending on client and project needs.
