Compensation: Base + Aggressive Commission (High Six-Figure Potential)

What You’ll Actually Do
Prospect and open new client relationships
Build long-term partnerships with bank executives
Run a full-cycle search process (we train you)
Control your pipeline, your desk, and your income
Get paid based on performance — not tenure
This is a relationship-driven, consultative sale. It requires discipline, persistence, and confidence.
