Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive I – Healthcare Food Services to support operations within the Yale New Haven Health System, one of Connecticut’s leading healthcare networks. This role serves as the Client Executive for Sodexo’s food service operations at Yale New Haven Hospital’s York Street campus and is responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and strengthening client partnerships across the account.

The Client Executive I will report to the Client Executive II and work closely with senior hospital leadership as well as Sodexo’s internal leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of Sodexo programs and services for this prestigious healthcare client.

As the Client Executive I, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and strengthening Sodexo’s partnership within the health system.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee food service operations at Yale New Haven Hospital’s York Street campus
Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable
Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards
Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives
Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership
Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes
Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance
Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships
