Job Description

The Client Events Specialist supports the implementation and execution of client events at market level, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines and regional direction. The role is responsible for operational coordination, administrative management, and execution support, ensuring seamless delivery of events while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of client events in line with HQ formats and Manager direction
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams (Retail, CRM, Merchandising) and external suppliers
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and event preparations
  • Manage high volume of invoices, vendor payments, and documentation with accuracy
  • Support budget tracking, PO creation, and cost reconciliation
  • Ensure implementation of HQ event guidelines and standards
  • Support onsite operations and ensure luxury brand standards
  • Prepare reports and support basic performance tracking

Requirements

Experience

3–5 years in event operations, marketing, or related fields. Luxury experience preferred.

Skills

Strong administrative capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Language

English: Mandatory (business level)
Japanese: Native or fluent
