Citi's Client organization is looking for Full Time Associates to join the Equity Research Team in North America. Citi Markets provides world-class products and financing solutions for corporations, governments, and institutional and retail investors through our dominant underwriting, Research, sales and trading capabilities. Our global platform, broad product knowledge and on-the-ground local markets expertise coupled with complementary strengths in technology and distribution allows us to offer clients a wide range of comprehensive financial solutions. We address their needs by leveraging our products in all discipline currencies, sectors, geographies and asset classes; given the unparalleled breadth and depth of our global platform, Citi is able to consistently provide clients with innovative solutions regardless of complexity.

Your time here will look something like this...

• Working with an analyst team covering a specific industry
• Take on various projects the analyst team assigns, including Pricing Surveys, Industry Trends, Valuation Studies and company specific due diligence
• Create, update and maintain financial spreadsheets, quantitative models and databases of assigned companies
• Refresh marketing handouts and assist with ad-hoc client requests
• Shadow Analysts by attending company and industry meetings as well as industry conferences

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

You'll start the Program with four weeks of training, which will introduce you to both Citi and Research as a whole.

This training gives you:

• An overview of the key processes you should know as a new Citi employee
• An introduction to the main business areas and the "ins and outs" of an investment bank; you'll also get to know Citi's products and services, as well as simulated trading and portfolio management
• Networking events across businesses
• Access to the most senior leaders in the firm
• Social and networking opportunities

We want to hear from you if...

• You will earn a Bachelor's degree by June 2027 in any major
• You have a GPA of 3.3 or above
• You possess strong accounting skills
• You are comfortable with financial spreadsheets
• You have solid writing skills
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You have strong communication skills
• You have demonstrated strong academic performance
• You are an analytical thinker
• You have high levels of drive, initiative, and adaptability
• You have passion for the markets
• You exhibit integrity and ethical decision making
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S work authorization now or anytime in the future

$78,320.00 - $109,280.00
