Job Description

  • Full Time Position - Monday - Friday - 38h/week
  • Broadbeach or Brisbane Office

About the Position

This role suits someone motivated, energetic, and confident in building relationships over the phone.

You will:

  • Engage with clients to update information, complete fact-finding, and provide a seamless experience
  • Book and confirm appointments for our Financial Advisers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Support advisers with scheduling, client data, and workflow management
  • Use CRM and financial platforms to keep client journeys on track
  • Work comfortably with Microsoft Office and internal systems

About you:

  • Experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role (financial services a bonus, not essential!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confidence using CRM systems or similar software
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to grow in a thriving FinTech environment
