Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation serving South West Victoria. Since our founding in 1975, we have evolved from a small voluntary service into a dynamic agency employing over 130 staff and supporting more than 1,200 families across the region.
With nearly a decade of experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Mpower has continually adapted to meet the needs of our community. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Client Engagement Officer to support Mpower's client engagement and intake function.
You will coordinate enquiries, referrals, intake, service matching, waitlists, service agreements and onboarding.
Working closely with our Disability and Accommodation Services and Therapy Services teams, you will help ensure people receive accurate information and a coordinated pathway from first enquiry to service commencement. You will also build referral relationships, support targeted marketing and community engagement activities, and proactively follow up suitable enquiries.
You will be an organised and confident worker who combines strong client service skills and a proactive approach to building relationships.
