PA has been at the forefront of drug delivery device development for over 35 years, serving a global client base of pharma, biotech and device OEMs. PA’s drug delivery team operates globally from its offices in the UK, US and Ireland.
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to drive growth across Drug Delivery and Medical Device clients, with a focus on US and European markets. This role is responsible for building senior level relationships, identifying high value opportunities, and advancing them through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
This is a growth-oriented role that requires strong industry credibility, deep understanding of regulated product development, and the ability to connect client challenges with PA’s design, engineering, and science capabilities. While digital and data capabilities may support client solutions, this role is fundamentally focused on drug delivery and medical device innovation. This salary range is specific to Massachusetts, New York, and Illinois and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $150,000 - 180,000 USD.
