Job Description

The Client Engagement Manager acts as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. We are looking for someone organized, resourceful, and digitally fluent, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and expectations
  • Develop briefs, timelines, and scopes of work
  • Coordinate creative, digital, and production teams
  • Monitor project delivery, budgets, and KPIs
  • Support proposal development and presentations
  • Use AI tools for planning, reporting, content structuring, and research
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Highly resourceful and detail-oriented
  • Client-focused with a problem-solving mindset
