
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Engagement & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role combines customer follow-up, administrative support, and process coordination. You will primarily conduct warm outreach to existing customers who have already purchased services or credits, ensuring they make full use of them while maintaining a positive customer experience.
The role also includes general administrative support, tracking activity, maintaining organized records, and helping improve internal processes and systems.
This position will begin as a part-time role (4–5 hours per day) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and capability.
We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and naturally takes initiative. The ideal person enjoys both customer interaction and administrative work, and can help create structure and efficiency within the business.
