PRC Resources is seeking a Client Development Manager to build relationships with prospective clients and generate new recruiting opportunities. This role is focused on networking, business development, and becoming a trusted resource within the industries we serve.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, attending industry events, and uncovering hiring challenges. Rather than a transactional sales approach, this position is centered on creating long-term partnerships and helping companies find the right talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry involvement.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce PRC Resources' recruiting and consulting services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
• Attend industry events, trade associations, and community functions to expand PRC's network.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to ensure exceptional client service and delivery.
• Represent the PRC Resources brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, recruiting, account management, staffing, or relationship-based sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional presence and a genuine interest in helping clients solve business challenges.
• Industry experience in construction, energy, manufacturing, industrial services, or professional services is a plus.
