Job Description

What will you do:

  • Support the sales lifecycle by leveraging technical expertise to address challenges and deliver effective solutions in order to retain the client;
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of regional clients, acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate problem-solving and provide exceptional service;
  • Offer innovative solutions that align with clients’ needs and the company’s business objectives;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients at Adlook, handling technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency;
  • Lead key client discussions;
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the product team by gathering client feedback and analyzing requirements to enhance product offerings;
  • Deliver excellent account management, ensuring goals are tracked and reported to management;
  • Partner with other functional leaders to address business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency;
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for client onboarding, engagement, and growth strategies.

What is required:

  • 4+ years of experience in adtech (preferably in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, or data providers);
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer account growth and management through strategic planning and execution;
  • Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude, with experience in complex tech solutions;
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with client presentations and reporting;
  • Advanced English is required;
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
