Job Description

Profile:

We are seeking a Client Development Manager to join our team in Paris. This profile will serve as a key ambassador of our values and play a central role in expanding and nurturing our base of high-value clients across the city of Paris.

Role Responsibilities:

The Client Development Manager drives business growth through the strategic development, engagement, and acquisition of high-value clients across Paris. The role combines strong relationship management with targeted initiatives to expand the client base and enhance the clienteling experience in line with Brunello Cucinelli’s values.

The successful candidate will define and implement tailored strategies to strengthen long-term client relationships while supporting brand positioning within the local market. In particular, the Client Development Manager will be in charge of the following activities:

Client Development Strategy:

  • Define and implement a regional client development strategy aligned with brand objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client-specific action plans to support growth.

  • Collaborate with CRM, Store Managers, and Retail teams to integrate client KPIs into store objectives.

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients through personalized engagement.

  • Analyze customer data and purchasing behaviors to identify growth opportunities.

  • Partner with the CRM team to monitor performance, trends, and client development initiatives.

Clienteling and Unique Client Experience:

  • Define and implement elevated clienteling standards consistent with the brand’s values.

  • Organize private appointments, exclusive experiences, and bespoke events for key clients.

  • Accompany clients during major brand moments, including Fashion Week and special events.

  • Support and train retail teams to strengthen clienteling capabilities and long-term relationship building.

New Client Acquisition:

  • Develop initiatives to attract new high-value clients through networking, partnerships, and events.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to identify relevant visibility opportunities.

  • Build relationships with luxury hotels, cultural institutions, and premium lifestyle partners.

Relations with Personal Shoppers and Stylists:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with personal shoppers, stylists, and fashion advisors.

  • Monitor the impact of these relationships on business performance.

  • Define objectives and action plans aligned with regional goals.

  • Ensure a consistent client experience aligned with brand values.

  • Provide partners with tailored support and brand insights to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience in the role, together with a proven and solid track record in the luxury sector or high-end hospitality, ensuring a solid understanding of the expectations and highly personalized service required by the clientele. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, together with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an innate capacity to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds, adapting their approach with empathy and discretion.
Fluency in both French and English is required. Italian will be considered a valuable asset.
