In this role as Client Delivery Executive (CDE) for client F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG you:
- Are accountable for overall account-level delivery governance and performance across all HPE Services for client F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG
- Act as the designated representative of HPE Services in the Account Steering Committee and serves as a member of the HPE Account Delivery team, with the responsibility of leading all HPE Services
- Develop and nurture customer relationships at a senior management or executive level.
- Understand the customer at all levels to analyze delivery requirements and contribute to strategic account planning.
- Manage and adjust delivery governance set up to meet and exceed contractual performance and ensure value-adding delivery.
- Continual Service Improvement - Drive strategic and continuous cross-business unit (BU) improvement programs focused on enhancing the client’s service delivery experience and overall business outcomes
- Lead all HPE Services delivery personnel.
- Are accountable for the Strategic Account Service Delivery Plan.
- Ensure overall service delivery excellence by managing all contractual commitments.
- Collaborate with executive management contacts to address issues and avoid penalties.
- Define, initiate, and drive corrective action planning.
- Are accountable for cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements. Monitors account finances and develop and implements cost mitigation strategies across BUs.
- Develop strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as delivery performance metrics, measures and reporting, escalation management, change management, and communication.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and value as a trusted advisor, supporting renewing existing services and contracts.
- Actively promote the full HPE Services portfolio, supporting the sales team to drive expansion (cross-sell and up-sell) in the account by adopting a broader portfolio of services and renewals.
- Participate in pre-sales phases and change order negotiations as solutions and delivery capability advisor.
- Drive expansion of technologies and services by developing an excellent and deep understanding of the account's needs.
- Leverage intermediate technical expertise to act as a technology advisor and visionary.
- Ensure compliance with the HPE’s and customer’s Human Relations (HR), Public Relations, legal, financial, ethics, and government-related policies, strategies, and processes.
- Identify cross-business unit optimization opportunities and drives improvement efforts.
- Develop and drive knowledge management strategies to drive organizational maturity.
- Contribute to developing and implementing Client Delivery Lead methodology and tools to support the customer engagement model.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Knowledge and experience of the HPE Services Portfolio is preferred.
- Broad multi-technology (e.g., hybrid cloud, storage, network) technical knowledge and conceptual knowledge of IT and related methods are required.
- Experience in leading and managing virtual teams. Proven record of accomplishment in leading large virtual teams; influential, able to work across organizational boundaries, handle ambiguity, and establish internal networks.
- Experience in developing executive-level customer relationships, with strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at the executive level.
- International and cross-regional experience.
- Program/Project Management experience is considered an advantage.
- ITIL/ITSM experience.
- Ability to establish strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including industry leaders and regulatory bodies.
- Leadership skills to Inspire and lead large, cross-functional, global teams executing transformational strategies.
- Ability to influence market dynamics by forecasting future trends and steering accounts toward high potential opportunities.
- Expert in influencing board-level stakeholders and negotiating complex, high-value partnerships and ventures.
- Anticipates macro-level challenges, develops organizational strategies, and leads large-scale initiatives.
- Skills to establish enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and ensures adoption across business units.
- Drive to shape the organizational culture by mentoring senior leaders and fostering a high-performance environment.
- Ability to drive enterprise-level quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs, benchmarking industry best practices.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering high-impact, strategically tailored communications for executive leadership, encompassing formal presentations, executive briefings, and high-level external engagements
- Capability to drive enterprise-wide crisis management efforts, ensuring resilience and continuity.
- Business fluency in German and English language
