We are a flat and agile organization and plan to remain this way. We are looking for Graduate Client Delivery Associates who want to be hands-on individual contributors. You won't be watching from the sidelines; you will be helping us build capability across our business with Kraken and other partners as we continue to grow. Our Delivery Associates are here to solve complex problems with great products.
What you'll do
- Master the Product: Dive deep into how Kraken works to identify problems and refine solutions that leverage our latest capabilities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our engineering teams, our clients, and our senior Delivery Leads to define and align on the product vision and strategy.
- Triage & Resolve: Act as a point of contact for technical development and issue resolution, ensuring client priorities are clearly communicated to our engineering domains.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement: Constantly review and adapt our approach to meet the evolving needs of both the customer and the business.
