As a Data Product Manager within our dynamic team , you will be responsible for scaling the CDM(client data management) data product, strengthening operating models, and driving operational excellence through data-driven execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive product development for the CDM data product with cross-functional, cross-domain partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable data product solutions.
  • Design cross-product operating models to strengthen execution, governance, and scalability.
  • Implement operating model changes in partnership with operational teams to improve delivery rigor.
  • Optimize processes and controls to enable consistent product execution and operational excellence.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and surface business opportunities.
  • Communicate insights clearly to align teams, accelerate decisions, and drive outcomes.
  • Engage diverse user groups to understand needs and deliver measurable user value.
  • Manage professional relationships with a client-service mindset and product excellence focus.
  • Support the full SDLC using agile/scrum practices while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Shape product strategy through structured problem-solving, clarity of execution, and strong organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and structured execution.
  • Bring at least 5+ years of financial services experience, including 2+ years in asset & wealth management.
  • Prove product development experience and success delivering outcomes across functions/domains.
  • Apply experience partnering with operational teams to build and implement operating models.
  • Operate effectively within SDLC environments, with hands-on agile/scrum delivery experience.
  • Exhibit high data literacy with the ability to process and analyze large datasets.
  • Leverage data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Python, Tableau) as applicable.
  • Uphold strong data governance orientation (e.g., MDM) when working with critical client data.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Build trusted relationships and manage professional touchpoints across diverse users.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold an advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bring experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Demonstrate experience scaling data products within large organizations.
  • Apply UI/UX research or design exposure to shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
  • Show familiarity with workflow/digital ecosystem concepts and/or distribution/CRM platforms.
