This is a 100% remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30am-5:00pm EST. Experience working for an Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) and knowledge of the Federal IDR/No Surprises Act process is a significant plus but not required.
While we'll provide full training on our workflows and processes, we're looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills to help guide a high-performing team.
The Client Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently while providing overall leadership and direction to the department. This position directly supervises department staff, fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment, and ensures all client inquiries are handled with the highest level of customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who enjoys developing people, promoting teamwork, and driving operational excellence.
