THE ROLE:
The Client Coordinator provides centralized administrative support to our production and service teams to allow a seamless execution of our service strategy. Client Coordinator are passionate administrative professionals who can effectively manage their workflow around competing priorities without sacrificing service quality, and deliver consistent, high-end results on schedule.
As a Client Coordinator, you are an Artisan, accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work. You are;

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company by providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sureties, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of trust and long-term partnership.
• Support clients with their bonding needs, including bid bonds, performance bonds, labour & material payment bonds, and other surety requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of bond requests, including gathering financial information, work-in-progress reports, and supporting documentation for surety review.
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements accurately within EPIC, ensuring all bonding and insurance documentation is up to date.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding information from clients and surety markets to ensure timely issuance of bonds.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client files, including tracking bond programs, limits, and utilization.
• Ensure EPIC workflows are followed, including maintaining and updating claims and bond-related activity.
• Ensure accurate and timely servicing, billing, and invoicing of accounts; and
• Other duties as required.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
• An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc. is preferred.
• Interest in or experience with construction, bonding (surety), or commercial insurance is considered a strong asset.
• Willingness to invest in professional development, including designations such as CIP, CRM, or CAIB.
• Must hold a General Insurance License or be willing to obtain.
• Strong understanding of financials (balance sheets, WIP schedules) or willingness to learn, as it relates to surety underwriting.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on client service and long-term partnerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, sureties, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills are an asset).
• Experience with EPIC or similar Broker Management Systems is considered an asset.
