As a Care Coordinator at Farah & Farah, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring the efficient coordination of case-related administrative processes. You will provide administrative support throughout the client onboarding process by organizing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all required information is complete and properly documented. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service will help ensure a seamless experience for both clients and the legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update confidential client records while verifying the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information in accordance with firm policies.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documentation and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare and assemble client packets for delivery to prospective clients.
• Monitor and manage the firm's general daily email inbox, responding to or routing inquiries appropriately.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all case inquiries to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and outside contacts regarding case-related matters.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
• Maintain the break room by stocking coffee and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative or office support experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
