About the Role
The Client Contact Officer will receive, assess, and respond to phone and electronic enquiries, and provide a range of supports and services to new and existing CatholicCare customers.
The primary objective of this role includes:
🔹Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner;
🔹Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate;
🔹Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; and
🔹Provide and recommend information about CatholicCare services.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Availability between 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
🔹 Previous experience in customer service, support, or a call centre environment
🔹 Experience in the aged care or community sector (highly regarded)
