Boca Raton, FL 33498-6797A Branch Banking Client Consultant III - Licensed leverages extensive knowledge in banking, investments, and lending to help clients achieve their financial goals. Individuals in this position typically hold applicable investment and mortgage licensing, and have a proven success in consultative sale. The Client Consultant III plays a significant role in the branch sales execution while maintaining strong operational standards.
Job Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:support growth of branch by achieving growth targets in financial performance (deposits loans, and non -interest income
Client Experience:deliver client engagement and education --usingthe tools and systems available.Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by retail leadership including, but not limited to, NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, weekly appointments completed and needs met.
RiskManagement Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strives for no controllable losses.

Performs special projectsrequiring a seasoned level ofexperiencebranch process knowledge.

Demonstrated ability toattainsales and referral goals through preset appointments and quality conversations leading to recommendations that support clients’ financial goals and objectives,leveragingphone, and in-person appointments.
Engage in discovery-based conversations andprovidecustomized financial advice by referring to Financial Consultants
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
Education levelrequiredHigh School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent (Add applicableadditionaldetaili.e.field of studyrequiredor equivalent work experience if applicable).
Minimum experiencerequired5+ Yearsof customer service and sales experiencein the financial industry.
Requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
Experience inparticipatingin sales campaigns/promotions.
Experience with using anddemonstratingdigital products and self-service technologies.
Life and Health Insurance Licenses (requiredwithin the first90 daysinrole. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).
FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (requiredwithin90 daysof passing the Life and Health Insurance exam. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).
FINRA License Series 6 (requiredwithin90 daysof passingSecurityIndustry Essentials exam. Failure to pass exam/or no attempt to take exam will result in removal from LBE program).
FINRA License Series 63 or Series 66 (requiredwithin90 daysof passing the Series 6 exam).
