Hello future CCM Associates at OANDA!

You’ll be part of a global Treasury, CCM & Exchange Services Department that supports our Clients and their money. This is a chance to expand your skills by taking ownership of ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client’s cash accounts are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. Additionally, Client Cash Management Associates cooperate with Client Experience, Onboarding and Compliance Teams so it's a great opportunity to learn everything about how we take care of our Clients and have wide further development opportunities.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 3 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract position covering a leave of absence.

What You’ll Do?

  • Processing all Client cash transactions within a 24-hour period while adhering to compliance and company policies and that any exceptions are addressed on a daily basis.

  • Responding to all Clients' cases related to funding issues, resolving Clients' problems with transactions.

  • Working with Agresso and other core platforms to implement system updates and changes.

  • Taking part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • Min. 1 year of hands-on experience within Finance (AP/AR), Treasury, or the payment and bill processing area, though impact matters more than years.

  • Fluent English.

  • Solid command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Very good communication skills and ability to act as a good listener.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and sharp analytical skills.

  • Willingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and apply existing knowledge to make the right decisions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the Finance, Forex or Investment sectors.

  • Working experience of Agresso.

  • Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks.
