
At Valley's Supportive Housing Programs, the Client Care Technician provides direct support to individuals in many different housing programs designed to promote stability, independence, and personal growth. Working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team, this role helps create a safe and supportive environment while assisting residents in maintaining housing, achieving treatment goals, and building the skills needed for greater self-sufficiency.
Pay: Range starts at $17.00/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Shift Differential: Additional $1/hour when clocked in for 3+ hours between 3pm-11pm
Schedule: PRN | Flexible hours | Some holidays/weekends preferred
Extra Shift Pay: Additional $50/shift for weekdays and $100/shift for weekends when working 3+ consecutive hours in one shift

This Technician assists the multi-disciplinary treatment team and fosters a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment while helping residents work toward self-sufficiency, treatment goal achievement, and personal growth.
