Solomons Veterinary is looking for afull-time Client Care Specialist to join our team! As one of the first points of contact for our hospital, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What our Client Care Specialist Do

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be one of the faces and voices of Solomons Veterinary and an important connection between our clients and medical team.

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions and requests
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient hospital calendar
  • Check clients and patients in and out of the hospital
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and assist with front-desk transactions
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and general information clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and medical team members to support an efficient patient and client experience
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and patient care needs
  • Provide compassionate support during sensitive or emotional situations
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Take initiative and jump in wherever needed to help the hospital run smoothly
