All About Pets Animal Hospital is an extremely welcoming, small animal clinic. We are situated in the downtown core of Langley, BC (about 15 minutes off of Highway 1) and are close to many great areas of food, shopping, parks and walking trails too! We strive to provide a calm and comfortable environment for all, with very engaged staff, and a loyal client base. The clinic is well maintained and provides a clean and organized work space. One of our passions amongst many others is to provide Fear Free techniques, while also delivering high quality patient and client care. About the Role
Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, being respectful in all interactions and providing exceptional customer service. This involves greeting and checking-in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach. This person will appropriately screen calls, book appointments, take detailed messages as well as provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients. Responsibilities also include performing a variety of administrative office tasks, including mail (receiving, sorting, distributing, posting), drafting memos and other correspondence, completing reports and other ad-hoc document requests.
