We’re searching for a friendly, hands‑on customer service and administration superstar to support our hearing clinics across Perth Metro, WA including Como, Tuart Hill, Hillarys, Nedlands, Armadale and Rockingham.
In this varied, client‑facing role, you’ll be an important part of our team - supporting our predominantly older clientele with their hearing health journey. From warm welcomes and appointment support to assisting with hearing devices, you’ll help create an exceptional experience every step of the way. Full training and ongoing support provided.
This is a casual position with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm - no weekend work We’re looking for someone who can offer flexibility and is available to increase hours when needed for leave coverage.

What will you be doing?

  • Welcoming our clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments
  • Learning and competently using a range of software and applications

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
