  • Our ideal client care representative is experienced, builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets and Providing outstanding customer service. This involves greeting and checking in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls and emails from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach.
  • This person will screen phone calls, schedule appointments, follow up with clients and provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times, assist with restocking inventory as well as other administrative tasks.
  • Must be able to multi task and communicate effectively.
