Croft Veterinary Centre is a well-established, single-site small animal practice with a dentistry referral service, located on the edge of Brackley with excellent M40 links. Our friendly and experienced team of 8 vets, 8 RVNs and dedicated support staff deliver high-quality, compassionate care across a wide range of services. We are now seeking a warm, organised Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact, ensuring every client and pet receives an outstanding experience in our busy, supportive practice.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
*Meeting and greeting clients and pets
*Booking appointments and diary management
*Managing telephone and email enquiries
*Taking payment for services and products
*Managing cash and end-of-day banking
*Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets
*Managing practice initiatives, such as FAB and Pet Health Club
*Assisting in the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy
This is a part-time role working 28 hours per week across 3 days, between 8 am and 6 pm, with the option to do split shifts.
