A Client Care Navigator (CCN) is a very important role within the Isaiah House organization. Navigators represent the treatment programs offered by Isaiah House to front-line referral agencies throughout the state of Kentucky.

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
  • Work Environment: Remote
  • Travel Requirements: 100%
  • Travel: Rockcastle, Pulaski, Russell, Cumberland, Clinton, Wayne and McCreary County.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) within the assigned CCN region.
  • Educate COIs on Isaiah House’s history, programs, services, and client outcomes.
  • Field calls from potential clients exploring treatment options and communicate all new client referrals to the CCN Supervisor through Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage travel schedules for assigned counties within the region.
  • Maintain accurate records of COI activity, client referrals, and client admissions in Asana.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Knowledge of addiction and substance use treatment preferred.
  • Strong connections with community services, organizations, and public agencies preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • For positions requiring lived recovery experience, candidates must meet all applicable certification, funding, and program requirements, which may include a minimum period of sustained recovery.
