
Come join the Hillendale Home Care team! We are a home care agency working with senior care clients in Contra Costa and Alameda counties and we’re looking for a dynamic Client Care Manager to join the team.
Our Client Care Managers work with existing senior care clients and their families to review and renew care contracts, adjust care plans with new services and products as caregiving support changes, and develop new business leads and opportunities through senior care referral networks and conducting new client assessments.
