
The Client Care Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the
delivery and coordination of behavioral health services at Quality Moments
Behavioral Health Services. This role involves supervising Client Care
Coordinators, guiding intake and service coordination processes, ensuring
compliance with agency policies and CARF standards, and fostering strong
communication between clients, families, staff, and healthcare providers. The
Client Care Manager ensures that all clients receive compassionate, person-
centered care while promoting a culture of quality, professionalism, and
accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and mentor Client Care Specialists, providing coaching, training,
and performance feedback.
Coordinate onboarding and integration of new staff into assigned facilities.
Foster a supportive, non-punitive, and collaborative work culture
consistent with organizational values.
Monitor staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory
standards, and quality improvement goals.
Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional
development.
Client Care & Service Coordination
Oversee and support staff in coordinating behavioral health services in
partnership with licensed clinicians.
Ensure effective communication between clients, families, and healthcare
providers to support treatment goals.
Review and approve individualized service plans, progress notes, and case
closure documentation.
Ensure accurate completion of intake processes, client forms, and
insurance requirements.
Oversee processes for obtaining and managing medical consent for clients
unable to provide consent independently.
Monitor client progress, satisfaction, and service accessibility to promote

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, case management, or social
services.
Supervisory or leadership experience required, with the ability to mentor
and support a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients,
families, staff, and community partners.
Knowledge of behavioral health conditions, treatment modalities, and
community resources.
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, prioritize competing demands,
and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
