URGENT HIRING – FULL-TIME POSITION – START ASAP
We are currently seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Client Care Coordinator to join our in-home senior care team in Allentown, PA. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and is passionate about supporting seniors and their families through quality care coordination.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive consistent, reliable, and high-quality in-home care services. You will act as the main point of contact between clients, families, and caregivers, helping to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate and manage client care schedules and caregiver assignments
-Communicate regularly with clients, families, and care staff
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
-Handle schedule changes, updates, and urgent adjustments as needed
-Support clients and families by addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
-Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of in-home care services
-Assist in maintaining overall service quality and client satisfaction
