Client Services Associate

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA office, conveniently located near the Broad Street Line.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
  • Support field staff in delivering high-quality home care services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Assist with growing office caseload through exceptional customer service and relationship management
  • Collaborate with office leadership to monitor operational and financial metrics, including overtime, unfilled hours, and gross margin
  • Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
  • Support employee recognition and retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Home care or healthcare experience preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
  • Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
  • Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
