What You’ll Do
As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in both client experience and business growth:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families—handling inquiries and guiding them through care options
- Conduct in-home consultations and develop personalized care plans
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities)
- Coordinate care services and ensure seamless client onboarding
- Monitor ongoing client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Collaborate with caregivers and internal teams to deliver exceptional care
- Identify opportunities to grow services within existing client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, senior care, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
Preferred:
- Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or case management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
