CLIENT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST I

Site: Nahui

Modality: B&M / WAHA

Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.

  • Responsible for analyzing information requests, proposing, developing, and implementing automated solutions using Microsoft SQL and Power BI for efficient information delivery. This role includes maintaining current reports and information globally for dedicated clients. This in compliance with Standard Operation Procedures established by Business Intelligence Department.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy basic and customizable BI products according to client requests, delivering industry metrics.

Communicate effectively with users, acting as an advisor to provide valuable insights for meeting metrics.

Manage and identify potential risks in client requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.

Act as a strategic consultant for the Business Intelligence Department and internal/external clients.

Analyze information in generated reports to provide actionable insights.

Ensure proper data configuration management and change controls are implemented for clients.

Translate business requirements into specifications for data warehouse and data mart design and configuration.

Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.

Coordinate maintenance and updates of BI tools, databases, dashboards, and processes.

Facilitate the discovery process and generate technical documents.

Provide support in functionality proposals and best practices.

Create data models and analyze requirements.

Build data visualizations that add value to the end user.

Manage and track tasks according to methodology and institutional platforms.

Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.

Collaborate with various department managers and executive teams to build live, daily, weekly reports and dashboards as per their specific needs.

Identify and monitor current and potential customer trends by using business intelligence data and tools.

Ability to interpret application APIs for the creation of ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load processes).

Work Experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar position. English Proficiency for effective communication (At least B1).

Technical Skills

  • General Business Intelligence knowledge.
  • Data Engineering with Power BI.
  • MUST HAVE: Knowledge in Data Analysis
  • MUST HAVE: Knowledge of call center KPIs, detecting errors in the data before sending the report to the client.
  • MUST HAVE: Strong knowledge of Power BI platform administration- Language DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
  • MUST HAVE: Proficiency in MS SQL Server: database management, tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions, and efficient queries.
  • MUST HAVE: Knowledge of data transformation with SQL and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
  • MUST HAVE: Advance EXCEL
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Azure Data Bricks
  • Python
  • Teamwork with project management and Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to write and manage scripts using C#.
  • Cozyroc for SSIS (Desirable)
