Position: Client Billing and Data Analyst

The Opportunity We are looking for an accomplished Client Billing and Data Analyst to join our Global Entity Services team as part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman. As part of our Cayman team you will:

Ensuring data is maintained accurately, and in accordance with service agreements and protocols, through analysis using various tools to look for exceptions and issues;

Managing the billing and revenue data for the various client portfolios, and liaising with clients on the same

The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.
This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes;
The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
This role is suited for an individual with a College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration, and 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment;
Strong written and verbal skills are required;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred;
The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential;
Fluency in English is required.
