This role is focused on supporting individuals who have already expressed interest in benefit-related solutions, guiding them through clear and structured options tailored to their needs. You will engage in client conversations in a consultative, supportive environment where the emphasis is on clarity, trust, and simplicity. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support clients who have already requested information and guide them through understanding and accessing suitable benefit options.

  • Assist clients through the onboarding and setup process
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Follow a defined system designed to ensure consistency and client satisfaction

  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, people-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in customer service, sales support, client relations, or similar roles (preferred)
    • Ability to explain information clearly and guide clients through structured processes
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    • Basic digital literacy and ability to use online communication tools (Zoom, CRM systems, etc.)
