You’ll be working with the MML Team, a collaborative advisory team based in downtown Cleveland, supporting long standing client relationships across multiple generations. Our team emphasizes quality service, clear communication, and shared responsibility. This role is central to delivering a consistently high client experience and offers meaningful long term growth for the right candidate.
Success in this role means clients feel known, supported, and confident that their requests are handled efficiently and accurately. The right person will be proactive, detail oriented, and motivated to take increasing responsibility over time.
• series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to pass exams within 6 months of hire)
• ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• comfortable working with high net worth client relationships
• ability to prioritize in a fast paced, team driven environment
• discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Ohio - Cleveland min USD 58000 - max USD 72000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
