We are currently partnering with a leading global financial institution to recruit a Client Assets Analyst to join a high-performing team within a regulated financial services environment.

Daily management of Client Money and Custody Assets across EMEA regulated entities
Performing control calculations and reconciliations related to client asset protection requirements
Coordinating with operational and control teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs into daily processes, while managing escalations where necessary
Supporting external audits by preparing documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory compliance deliverables
Partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams on client asset-related matters
Participating in regulatory change initiatives, commercial projects, and continuous process improvement programs
Supporting breach management, remediation activities, and regulatory reporting obligations
Contributing to the enhancement of risk management and control frameworks
1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment
Exposure to client asset protection processes or regulatory control functions would be advantageous
Knowledge of FCA CASS 6 & 7 regulations is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
