About the role

Join us as Sales and Client Enablement Manager, based in Singapore!

DIGITEC, a leader in Foreign Exchange SaaS specializing in Swaps, NDF, and Money Markets, is looking for a Client and Sales Enablement Manager (all genders) to join our growing commercial team.

As we continue to scale globally, this role sits at the heart of our revenue organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will drive new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and play a key role in shaping how we bring our solutions to market.

Currently, this is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working with an international team. Please note that we are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship. We collaborate globally with our main offices in Hamburg and London.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of FX markets with a commercial mindset and enjoys working in a fast-paced fintech environment where you can take ownership and make a visible impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a strong pipeline by identifying and developing new clients, markets, and segments through structured outreach and strategic prospecting.
  • Unlock growth within our existing client base by identifying and executing cross- and upselling opportunities as our product offering evolves.
  • Create and deliver tailored, high-impact sales materials and product demonstrations, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive commercial discussions and support the negotiation and closing of complex enterprise agreements.
  • Act as a key connector across teams, aligning Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure smooth execution of global client setups.
  • Support and oversee onboarding processes, working closely with Customer Success and Service Delivery to ensure an excellent client experience from day one.
  • Travel internationally (approximately bi-weekly to monthly) for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration, including time at our Hamburg headquarters.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in FX or FICC trading, trade support, client service, account management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with banking software, ideally within FX and/or electronic trading environments.
  • Strong interest in fintech and enterprise SaaS sales, with the resilience to navigate longer and more complex sales cycles.
  • A client-centric, consultative mindset with a genuine interest in solving customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
