Home Helpers Home Care is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Client & Caregiver Success Manager (CCSM) to join our growing leadership team!

This is not your typical nursing position!

The CCSM combines Human Resources, caregiver recruitment, employee training, clinical support, and client satisfaction into one rewarding leadership role.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done!

This position requires regular travel between our Savannah, Bluffton, and Hampton office locations. A company vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Recruitment

• Manage caregiver recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and conduct weekly new-hire orientations.
• Maintain accurate employee files and compliance documentation.
• Manage employee relations, performance concerns, coaching, and corrective actions within assigned authority.
• Monitor hiring progress, employee credentials, and retention.

Caregiver Training & Development

• Conduct hands-on caregiver training and competency evaluations.
• Coordinate annual training and continuing education.
• Conduct caregiver supervisory visits and performance evaluations.
• Identify training needs and provide additional education.
• Promote caregiver engagement, accountability, and retention.

Client Care & Satisfaction

• Conduct client follow-up visits and assist with start-of-care processes.
• Support the RN Supervisor with assessments and care planning within the LPN scope of practice.
• Address client concerns and assist with complaint resolution.
• Monitor client satisfaction and service quality.
• Work closely with office staff, caregivers, and leadership to ensure excellent client care.

Administrative & Leadership

• Maintain accurate hiring, training, and compliance records.
• Utilize Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar daily.
• Track employee credentials, onboarding, and training requirements.
• Communicate regularly with the Regional Manager.
• Travel between assigned offices and client locations as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active LPN license authorizing practice in South Carolina and Georgia, including an applicable multistate license.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, human resources, recruitment, or employee supervision.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel between Savannah, Bluffton, and Hampton.

Preferred:

• Home care or home health experience.
• Caregiver recruitment, hiring, or training experience.
• HR or employee management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, CLTC, VA, and Private Pay services.
• Experience with WellSky or similar healthcare software.
