About the Role
A sales support role working closely with the Hong Kong Intermediary Sales team to service retail and private bank distributors, coordinate client-facing activities, and manage day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests from intermediary clients and distributors
Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking via Salesforce
Manage full logistics for PM roadshows, client seminars, adviser events and daily branch visits
Prepare and update a variety of sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, sales flyers, one pagers, and fund emailers
Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, ongoing due diligence reviews
Produce weekly and ad-hoc fund reports using Bloomberg/Morningstar; manage content via Seismic
Process T&E reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
Act as key coordinator on behalf of the sales team with colleagues in various other functions/departments to fulfill the work tasks
Requirements
Prior experience in asset management, intermediary sales, or client servicing
Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes
Proficient in Salesforce; Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Seismic a plus
HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 or SFC Type 1 & Type 4 license (or equivalent)
Native Cantonese; fluent English and Mandarin
University degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
