About the role:

As a full-time Client Advisor for our Pacific Fair Boutique, we are looking to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the stores success in achieving targets. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about the luxury fashion industry, styling and enhancing the overall client experience.

This role will:

• Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador in all areas and lead by example
• Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Naturally create loyal customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude
• Continually seek to develop new clients while maintaining existing relationships
• Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar position in the retail industry
• Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
• A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
• Full-time availability across a Sunday to Thursday roster rotation
