Passionate about fashion and retail, with a genuine interest in client experience and styling
A curious and proactive communicator, eager to learn how to engage with clients in an authentic and empathetic way
Open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in delivering an excellent in-store client experience
Assist in understanding client needs and providing personalized service
Learn product storytelling and brand knowledge
Support Visual Merchandising and maintain store standards
Assist in sales activities, cross-selling, and daily store operations
Help manage stock and ensure a well-organized shop floor
Stay updated on trends and support CRM activities
Key Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Fashion, Business, Marketing or similar)
Strong interest in retail, client service, and fashion/luxury industry
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Fluent in English
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly
Digital awareness and openness to new tools and ways of working
Previous experience in retail is a plus, but not required
