JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor on a fixed-term basis for our La Vallée Village location to deliver a personalised and elevated client experience at Burberry. This role plays a key part in building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, contributing to commercial success while reflecting the brand’s heritage and creativity. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will bring passion for fashion and luxury to every interaction. You will combine strong client engagement with a deep understanding of styling and sales to inspire and support our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, delivering a personalised service tailored to individual needs.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities and confidently guiding clients through the purchasing journey.
  • Represent Burberry with professionalism, sharing knowledge of the brand, products and heritage.
  • Provide expert styling advice to enhance the client experience and support client confidence in their choices.
  • Collaborate with store management and team members to maintain high standards across client service and presentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects Burberry’s values.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing environments within a premium or service-led setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, luxury products and client experience.
  • Confidence in styling and selling, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team success.
  • Adaptable and solution-focused, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
