Key Responsibilities
- Assist with providing administrative support to Front Office Executives as required, to include monitoring inboxes
- Proactively assist with the account opening process including compilation of internal set up form and pack, processing and monitoring of account opening documentation and CDD, liaising with clients, Executives and Client Onboarding/CDD through the process to ensure a smooth and complete opening process
- Work proactively with the Client Services team and liaise with them to improve or enhance workflows within Avaloq
- Proactively manage client instructions and CRMs in a timely manner including payment requests, private transfers, account closures, and corporate events
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure that client administration and compliance requirements are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Technical /Qualifications
- A strong academic background, with at least 5 GCSEs grade C/4 or above. A Levels or a degree (or equivalent) would be advantageous
- Previous work experience within an office environment, ideally within the financial services sector, would be beneficial but not essential
Systems/Internal Processes
- Ability to grasp and obtain a solid understanding of internal processes and systems quickly
- Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel
Regulatory Awareness/Compliance
- Ability to work within the regulatory and compliance environment
- Ability to obtain a good understanding of terminology used within the financial services environment.
