Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Client Accounts Lead / BAS Agent to support Australian client accounting, BAS preparation, month-end processes, payroll, and superannuation support. This role requires strong experience with Australian clients. Candidates with only local, New Zealand, UK, or other non-Australian client accounting experience will not be aligned with the requirement. Responsibilities Lead or support client accounting activities for Australian clients Prepare and support BAS-related work and month-end accounting tasks Handle AU payroll and superannuation-related accounting support Review accounting records, transactions, and supporting documents for accuracy Maintain client accounts and ensure month-end deliverables are completed on time Use AU accounting and document management tools to process client work Coordinate with internal teams or client stakeholders for missing information and clarifications Ensure compliance with Australian accounting, BAS, payroll, and client documentation standards Requirements Experience supporting Australian clients is required Experience in month-end accounting and BAS support for Australian clients Experience in AU payroll and superannuation Registered BAS Agent is highly preferred Experience using Xero is preferred Familiarity with Hubdoc, Dext, or Karbon is preferred, but not all tools are required Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accounting process discipline Able to work onsite during probation and transition to hybrid after passing probation Nice to Have Registered BAS Agent status Experience leading client accounting work or supporting multiple AU client accounts Familiarity with Xero, Hubdoc, Dext, and Karbon
