Associa is currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Client Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute in a fast-paced, centralized accounting environment, supporting financial services for community associations on a flexible, part-time basis.
This temporary, part-time position provides valuable hands-on experience in a professional accounting environment, along with opportunities to build your skills and work alongside an experienced team in a company recognized as a Great Place to Work for six consecutive years.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) and GAAP
Experience in General Ledger Accounting.
Experience with AP and AR transaction process.
Experience in budget implementation.
Ability to attend in person or virtual board meetings as needed.
Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.
