Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager
Area Lincolnshire, IL (On-Site)
Shift 1st Shift

• Lead post-close accounting engagements following mergers and acquisitions
• Prepare opening balance sheet adjustments and purchase accounting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage Purchase Price Accounting (PPA) processes and Net Working Capital (NWC) true-ups
• Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting, inventory accounting, and equity transactions
• Lead accounting software implementations and data migration projects across platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Xero
• Evaluate accounting workflows and design reporting structures, procedures, and internal controls
• Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and providing strategic accounting support
• Review staff work and mentor junior team members across multiple client engagements
